I had a very nice stay and will be back! The staff was incredibly helpful & everything was nice. Luxurious & elegant unit with AC, the best bed sheets, as for instance. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location really close to the urban center, the main tourist area of Cozumel, big supermarkets.

The weather was calm, had really really nice stay. The venue was contemporary, I loved the location so close to the urban center, and ocean views.

I liked quiet location, pleasant staff and very well decorated room. The breakfast was delicious, included pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit to get the day started. The piano bar was superb and the drinks were bottled. There was a small restaurant, a supermarket and a grocery store next door.

we loved staying at villas el encanto cozumel. location was within 10 min walking distance to playa la caletita. taste the food in el postrecito, you only need to walk 900 feet to reach it.
